Attorney Dana M. Gallup has nearly twenty years of experience dealing with the complexities of employment law. He has focused his practice in the area of Civil Litigation with an emphasis on Labor and Employment Law, handling cases under Title VII, the Florida Civil Rights Act (FCRA), the Employee Retirement Income Securities, Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), public and private whistleblowers acts, and numerous other federal, state and local laws governing the employment relationship. Mr. Gallup received both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Florida. After graduating with honors from the University of Florida College of Law, he was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1992. He has also been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Middle, Northern, and Southern Districts of Florida, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Mr. Gallup's professional associations include the Florida Bar Association, (including the Labor and Employment Section), the Miami-Dade and Broward County Bar Associations, the American Bar Association, the National Employment Lawyers Association, and the Federal Bar Association, South FL, chapter. He is certified as a civil county and circuit court mediator and arbitrator by the Florida Supreme Court. Mr. Gallup has previously served as Vice President and Vice President of Programming for the Florida Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association (Florida NELA) and is presently Florida NELA's president-elect. .
Sarah Warden, Esq.
Attorney Sarah Warden is an associate at the Law Offices of Dana M. Gallup, P.A., focusing her practice on labor and employment law. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Warden was a staff attorney at the Government Accountability Project in Washington, D.C., a public interest whistleblower protection organization, where she litigated federal whistleblower law cases. Before that, she practiced civil litigation with a concentration in employment, real estate, and family law at a mid-sized law firm in Coral Gables, Florida. Ms. Warden is a member of the Florida Bar, the District of Columbia Bar and has been admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida
Ms. Warden obtained her Bachelors of Arts degree in History from Tulane University, New Orleans, Louisiana and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law, Coral Gables, Florida, where she graduated cum laude. Ms. Warden is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA), the Florida Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association and the District of Columbia Bar Association, Labor & Employment Law Section.

Our firm is fortunate to have the paralegal assistance of Marcia Elliott, a Massachusetts employment attorney for fourteen years before coming to Florida to join our staff. Ms. Elliott received her Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School, Milwaukee, Wisconsin and her B.A. cum laude, from Beloit College. Ms. Elliott was formerly a manager for Frito-Lay, Inc. a division of PepsiCo, Inc. Ms. Elliott was also formerly employed at the law firm of Mirick, O'Connell in Worcester, Massachusetts and Elliott Law Office, P.C. (now Flick & Elliott, P.C.) in Gardner, Massachusetts. Her experience consists of business and corporate law, estate planning and probate of estates, and litigation with an emphasis in employment law. She regularly assists our clients with respect to employment discrimination and sexual harassment, and employment contracts, severance agreements, non-compete agreements, wage and hour laws. FMLA, ADA, ADEA, TITLE VII, ERISA and other various state and federal employment laws. She formerly served as Chairperson of the local bar association's labor and employment committee when she practiced law in Massachusetts. Ms. Elliott has practiced litigation in state and federal courts. Ms. Elliott is still licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and Massachusetts.
