Carter Sox is an employment attorney located in our Hollywood, Florida office representing both employees and employers. Carter represents clients in all aspects of litigation involving the Fair Labor Standards Act, overtime compensation, minimum wages, equal pay, unemployment compensation, discrimination, harassment, workers' compensation retaliation, whistleblower, and wrongful termination, among other employment disputes.
Prior to joining Gallup Auerbach, Carter spent several years working as an employee benefits (ERISA) attorney, first in California representing Taft-Hartley benefit funds, then in Miami representing clients with claims for long-term disability benefits. She has experience in all aspects of federal litigation.
