Mrs. Auerbach is an employment attorney located in our Hollywood, Florida office. Prior to joining Gallup Auerbach, Mrs. Auerbach spent several years working for one of Florida's largest law firms focusing her practice entirely on representing employers. During this time, Mrs. Auerbach gained extensive experience practicing in both state and federal court as well as before administrative agencies, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Additionally, Mrs. Auerbach has extensive experience providing risk management services to employers intended to minimize exposure to potential employment claims.

Mrs. Auerbach joins Gallup Auerbach as a senior associate representing both employees and employers. Mrs. Auerbach represents clients in all aspects of litigation involving the Fair Labor Standards Act, overtime compensation, minimum wages, equal pay, unemployment compensation, discrimination, harassment, workers' compensation retaliation, whistleblower, and wrongful termination, among other employment disputes.
